How long is a typical counseling session?

Standard individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes long. This duration is designed to provide ample time for deepening our work together while maintaining a focused therapeutic pace.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. We strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to protect your privacy and ensure your information remains secure.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients in need.

Are sessions available in-person or virtually?

We offer both in-person sessions at our office and secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual telehealth sessions. You can choose the format that best fits your comfort level and lifestyle.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

To prioritize our time for therapy, please complete all intake forms through the client portal prior to your arrival. Think about any goals or challenges you would like to address during our work together.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept many major insurance plans. Please contact our office directly or check your benefits with your provider to confirm your coverage for counseling services. We’re happy to help you navigate your options.
